Return Process

  Contact our sleep concierge team within 100 days of delivery to start your return or exchange process.

  Documentation & Review

  Provide proof of purchase and photographs of the item to verify it is in like-new condition and free of stains or damage.

  Schedule White-Glove Pickup

  Due to the specialized size of our Alaskan King products, we will coordinate a professional freight team to remove the item from your home.

  Inspection & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
